Notice of Annual General Meeting

In accordance with the Constitution of the Wollongong Yacht Club Inc. members are advised that the 2021 Annual General Meeting of the club will be held as follows:

Date: Saturday 20 March 2021 at 3:00pm

Place: Wollongong Yacht Club – Belmore Basin

The business of the Annual General Meeting will be:
 

1. To receive and consider the report of the committee, the income and expenditures account, balance sheet for the financial year ending 28^th February 2021
2. To elect the Commodore and Committee
3. To fix amounts of annual subscriptions and joining fee, mooring and other fees.

A nomination form for these positions follows.

All completed nominations need to be with the secretary 7 days prior to the AGM
